It was a case of suspected poaching at the Bird Sanctuary. A thick plastic wire was connected with the pointed hood in which the bird was trapped and another end was tied to a tree. The incident came to light after an officer in charge of Northern Regional Centre of Zoological Survey of India who was in Agra to conduct a data survey at Soor Sarovar, saw the trapped bird.
