LUCKNOW: IAS officer Anurag Tiwari of 2007 batch collapsed on the road possibly due to weakness caused by acute diarrhoea. This was also confirmed by Mohammed Irfan, a friend of Anurag, who met him a day before the incident. The note was prepared by a team of seven doctors of AIIMS after examining the autopsy report and reports of chemical examination of viscera and blood samples of Anurag.
