AGRA: A physically-challenged beggar was detained with a stolen service pistol from Delhi police . The beggar was caught with the loaded pistol by public from Bijli Ghar area on Saturday afternoon and was handed over to Rakabganj police.According to police, a 9mm service pistol which belonged to Delhi police head constable Satyveer Singh was recovered.
