Biocon to invest in UP health sector

"UP has increased the limit of start-up corpus fund from Rs 100 crore to Rs 1,000 crore. She said that a survey should be conducted in all districts of UP, including Gorakhpur , for starting e-health care centres under a pilot project. Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner Anup Chandra Pandey added that investors will be provided with land, technology and other facilities to encourage their entry into the state. All solar energy generation projects will be given exemption from obtaining environmental NOC," he said. The minister informed investors of the various initiatives taken by the UP government recently to promote investments in the state, especially in the fields of electronic manufacturing and solar power generation..
