What was even more shocking that very senior congressman Surinder Dawar , MLA from Ludhiana Central presided over this program as chief guest and handed over appointment letter to a new office bearer of NSUI and during Dawar’s presence on the spot a train too passed from the tracks. But today when I came to know about the exact location I immediately called the concerned police station and asked the SHO to ensure proper security near the tracks so that no one comes near the railway track during the program..
