Kejriwal to launch AAP's election campaign in Punjab on January 20

LUDHIANA: The Ludhiana wing of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Thursday organised a meeting at village Ladhian in Gill constituency ten kilometers from here. They asked the volunteers to propagate the "excellent achievements" of Delhi government in improving the public services and provision of electricity at much cheaper rates. They said that Arvind Kejriwal will launch the party's campaign for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Punjab.They further said that AAP government of Arvind Kejriwal has done exemplary work to improve education, health and administrative system in Delhi during a short period of three and half years, which got appreciation not only in country, but also across borders. The meeting was held as part of a series of meetings to mobilise "maximum" people for Barnala Rally of AAP national convenor and Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal being held on 20th January.AAP senior leaders including state general secretary Ahbaab Grewal, state spokesman Darshan Singh Shankar, distt (urban) president Daljit Singh Grewal and others addressed the meeting and exhorted the party volunteers to mobilise maximum number of people for the rally.AAP leaders claimed that during these preparatory meetings, the volunteers expressed tremendous interest for participation in the rally and it will definitely enthuse a new spirit among the party cadres..
