Ludhiana, August 22The two-day Research and Extension Specialists' Workshop for Rabi Crops, organised by the Directorate of Extension Education, PAU, Ludhiana, concluded here at the Pal Auditorium today. The workshop which was attended by officers of the state department of agriculture, directors of PAU regional stations, district extension specialists, ADRs, ADEs, scientists from PAU as well as scientists and extension specialists from Krishi Vigyan Kendras, included long technical sessions involving discussions on package of practices for wheat, pulses, oilseeds and techniques in production management and plant protection. The technical sessions also included field visits, besides experts' deliberations on economic aspects of agriculture as well as techniques to improve farming for the forthcoming Rabi season..
