COLLEGE NOTESLudhiana: The physics department of the Khalsa College for Women, in collaboration with the regional council of the Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT), organised a workshop on “Developments and innovations in experimental physics and allied concepts” with the objective to promote and generate curiosity among students in physics after higher secondary level. They elaborated upon the basic nuances of physics and enabled the students to have a thorough understanding its complex ideas. A run for unity was organised by the NSS unit to promote the message of national unity. An essay-writing competition on Sardar Patel was also conducted.
