Ludhiana: Kundan Vidya Mandir, Civil Lines, organised the 75th annual athletics meet. Kapil Gupta, school manager, inaugurated the meet. Various track-and-field events were held to keep participants in high spirit. The highlight of the day was a ‘jalebi’ race, in which students had their hands tied on the back and ate jalebies hanging from a thread. Principal Navita Puri advised students to take an active part in games and inculcate the habit of discipline, hard work, punctuality and leadership to lead a successful life..
