These FIRs had been registered till last night as all SHOs were directed by the Police Commissioner to prevent plying of such bike-carts, as these can cause accidents. A day before yesterday, the police had arrested three persons for the same violation. The Police Commissioner said the modified carts were causing accidents. The police still ask people to avoid modifying bikes or else we will take legal action and impound the vehicles..
