Baldev Singh Dhillon, Vice-Chancellor, PAU, and Dr Joseph I Castro, president, California State University, signed the agreement. A nine-member delegation from California State University, led by Saul Jimenez-Sandoval, visited PAU and interacted with senior officials and heads of various departments.
