Investigating officer ASI Kulwinder Singh said that on the complaint of the victim`s father, on December 12, 2020, a case was registered against Suresh Kumar under the Minor Rape and Pocso Act.
In the complaint filed with the police, he had to stay in the hospital due to his wife being ill.
The children were alone at home.
He told his friend Suresh Kumar to take care of the children.
