Ludhiana August 19A major fire broke out in a three-storeyed plastic godown at Kutcha number 16 in Field Ganj early this morning. Around 70 fire tenders were used to completely douse the flame. The godown is located in a thickly populated area and the fire spread panic among the shopkeepers and residents there. When the fire broke out at around 5.45 am the godown was lying locked.
