For the installation of 15 MLD CETP costing Rs23 crore, the state government has sanctioned the amount and work shall start in October. He said with the installation of these projects, the water pollution in Buddha Nullah would be controlled to a large extent. For other two CETP projects of 40 MLD and 50 MLD on Tajpur Road costing Rs102 crore, the projects have already been sanctioned and work is likely to be completed in the next year, he said. Agarwal said the Punjab Government was making all efforts to complete these projects at the earliest..
