Dakshinamoorthy said that the State government had issued 34.5 lakh soil health cards in 2017-18 and had targeted to issue another 35 lakh in 2018-19. “The card will tell about the particular fertilizer the land required and also the quantity of fertilizer required for the crop,” he said..
