With narrow approach roads on Ayyappan Nagar and Nanjil Colony, fire tenders could not come closer to the theatre premises. Besides, the erstwhile cinema hall, the raw materials were stocked even outside the hall on the theatre premises after putting up huge shelter. The flames in the rear side in the theatre premises burnt the door, windows, plumbing lines of a house of one A.B..
