MANGALURU: Ramakrishna Mission’s 20th week Swachhata abhiyan drive was organized at Bejai Kapikad area on Sunday. Direction boards in Netaji Road in Bejai Kapikad, Kirodian Lane, 1st Cross, 2nd Cross and 6th cross were repainted. Students of Nitte Physiotherapy College cleaned the road and adjoining drains in Kapikad by removing the plastic papers and sweeping the area. Both sides of the road from Kapikad to Bejai Bus stand were cleaned by two groups. Compound walls of Karangalpady Market cleaned in the previous week’s drive were beautified with nice decorative thematic drawings..
