DK, Kasaragod district officals meet

He said this can be achieved with better coordination among officials of the two districts and the meeting is important in this regard. Special check posts will be set up at multiple points along the two district borders to prevent illegal transportation of goods, he said.Special care will also be taken to ensure that residents from Kasaragod will not cross over in to DK and indulge in proxy voting. In addition, police officers of the two districts, as already decided at the border crime meeting, will have better information exchange systems in place to ensure that no anti-social elements cross over in to the district, he said..
