DK’s monsoon-health to exceed expectations

Summary:

With the eight month normal rainfall for Mangaluru taluk being 1,248mm, the taluk received 110mm of excess rainfall. Last year the eight month rainfall was half at 642mm.The other taluks, barring Bantwal, received more than the normal eight month rainfall. Mangaluru taluk received the highest rainfall of 130 mm, with Belthangady taluk receiving the least at 68mm.
