House Panel seeks body for welfare of non-resident Kannadigas

The Committee, after studying the functioning of NORKA-ROOTS, has urged the government to form a similar organisation in Karnataka for the welfare of non-resident Kannadigas, the bulk of whom hail from coastal Karnataka.
