CCSU cheating racket: STF widens probe; varsity suspends 2 more officials

Sensing a massive fraud, the STF asked the UP government to form a dedicated probe wing and catch all the university officials involved in the racket. The racket’s kingpin, Kaviraj Singh, and three officials of the Meerut’s university, including one staffer and two contractual employees, were arrested. He also said that senior university officials have been deployed to assist STF.The STF had on Saturday busted a gang involved in running the massive cheating racket which helped over 600 non-meritorious students pass the MBBS examination and become doctors in the state.
