Releasing a press note, Rai said, “There are some institutions which do not have affiliations to run high schools or intermediate classes. But they are enrolling students for high schools and intermediate classes anyway.”Rai added, “Some businessmen set up one institute and get permission to run high school and intermediate classes in it. According to Bijnor district magistrate Atal Rai, these schools will be shortlisted and “amanya school” (unrecognised school) will be written in red across their walls. Also, some businessmen get permission for running a school from class I to class VIII and later apply for permission to run classes from IX to XII. Later they set up other schools in faraway places without taking any permission for them..
