Meerut: A well-known doctor in Kakod region of Bulandshahr district was shot dead on Friday morning while he was going to his clinic. According to police, three bullets were pumped into Dr Mukesh Gaur by two unidentified bike-borne men. Soon after, a panchayat was held in Kakod where Monu had publically declared that he would kill Gaur at the first opportunity. However, he could not do so because Gaur had hired armed security guards.”While the doctor was rescued by his security men on June 8, on Friday, they were not there to rescue him from assailants.
