According to sources, Sadar trade association president Sunil Dua, 47, shot at one Sandeep Kumar, 40, over a monetary dispute. Medical examination of Sandeep Kumar confirmed that he was shot at and the bullet pierced through his palm. There was a lot of confusion after he shot a person, and this led to delay in filing the FIR. There are allegations that Dua had visited Sadar police station on Thursday night after the incident and left without getting arrested. Sandeep, however, is out of danger as the bullet had pierced through his palm.Accused Dua runs a garment shop in Sadar Bazar Market and Kumar runs a tent business..
