2 months after blast, chemical factory gets permission to restart ops

The blast took place in Mohit Petro Chemical factory on September 12 in a tank of methane gas.A case was registered against the factory owner and the deputy general manager, who is still in jail. The factory can restart operations now.”The blast took place when the workers were carrying out welding work to seal a leaking tank at the unit which makes alcohol from molasses.
