UP ATS arrests man for supplying arms to Khalistan supporters

The police and ATS carried out a raid in the Itawa village under the jurisdiction of Budhana police station and arrested Rathi from his home.Budhana SHO Prabhakar Kenthura said, “He was wanted in Punjab for selling illegal arms to Khalistan supporters. He had also supplied 30-35 pistols to a number of criminals in Amritsar,” UP ATS inspector general Asim Arun said.According to local sources, the ATS team had approached Budhana kotwali on Friday, following which, a team of local police also assisted them. Both were arrested in Amritsar.
