MEERUT: With only 11 out of 26 employees providing services at the Regional Transport Office in Meerut , the office is dealing with severe staff crunch. We have one counter for each service but as of now, we have only 11 employees fulfiling the requirement of all the services. The work load type has only changed but not reduced,” Kumar said.Authorities have sought outsourcing of employees if regular recruitments cannot be made. The state government authorities have not reverted to them in this regard..
