Former minister’s family acquitted in assets case

Singh as sanction was not granted by the State to prosecute him. They were booked by the Anti-Corruption Bureau for aiding and abetting Mr.

Singh. Gudadhe discharged Mr.

Singh’s wife Maltidevi Singh, son Narendramohan Singh, daughter Sunita Singh, and son-in-law Vijaykumar Singh since there was no charge against them. Mr.

Singh had filed the discharge plea on November 28, 2016, through his lawyer K.H..
