SSC paper leak: Accused students seek Bombay High Court help for results

Three minor students charged for alleged involvement in the Secondary State Board (SSC) exams paper leak case, have approached the Bombay High Court, seeking directions for the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education to release their results. Over 20 people, most of them minors have been booked by the police, and they are facing proceedings either before the Juvenile Justice Board or the appropriate magistrate court. A teacher from the MVM Swami Muktanand High School in Andheri (W), had caught the students in March. The board, in June, called upon the students to appear for the inquiry and asked them to record their statements. Around 10.35 am, the complainant saw three students in the school premises surfing their mobile phones and reading books..
