Maharashtra: Five dog die at a care centre in Palghar

As many as five dogs lodged died due to alleged negligence at a care centre in Maharashtra’s Palghar, the police said on Monday. He said it appears that the care centre’s staff might have been on leave last week during the Diwali festival time. After the NGO member approached the police, carcasses of three dogs were recovered and sent for a post-mortem examination, he said.
