The city Congress unit on Wednesday alleged that about 20,000 bogus voters were registered in every Assembly constituency while another 1.50 lakh in every Parliamentary segments in Greater Mumbai. Nirupam pointed out that no specific house or slum numbers were mentioned on the voter IDs further raising questions on the candour of the process. ''Out of the 638 voter IDs he got from the Magathane constituency, only 182 were genuine voter IDs and out of the 552 voter IDs that he got from the Dindoshi constituency, only 290 were genuine,'' he informed.
