State Information Commissioner directs MMRDA officer to attend hearing

After an applicant did not receive any information even after six hearings, the state information commissioner (SIC) asked the deputy commissioner of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) to attend the next hearing. The hearings pertain to land records and land acquisition that the MMRDA failed to provide an applicant with.
