Around 90 per cent of the children have been covered under the measles and rubella (MR) vaccination campaign across the city by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation's public health department. With an aim to support the measles and rubella (MR) vaccination campaign in the state of Maharashtra, the campaign was initiated November 26 in the state. Till the first week of February this year, around 75 per cent to 80 per cent of the children were covered in the city. Almost 90 per cent of the children across the city have been covered through this campaign. Further, the vaccination with be available at public health centres after March 30 but won't be covered under the campaign..
