LS: No. of women voters rises steadily in Maha

Raigad has 8.34 lakh women voters compared to 8.03 lakh men voters, and Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg has 7.35 lakh compared to 7.05 lakh. Women account for nearly 4.2 crore of the state’s 8.7 crore voters.In two important constituencies, Raigad and Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg, women now outnumber men by about 30,000.
