Maharashtra government records 94 swine flu deaths till Wednesday

As per the Maharashtra public health department data, around 94 patients have died in the state due to swine flu till Wednesday. A higher number of swine flu cases were recorded in districts such as Nashik, Nagpur, Ahmednagar and Pune city. Out of these 94 deaths, the highest number of swine flu deaths have been reported in Nashik district, where 24 patients died, followed by Nagpur with 16 death, Ahmednagar with 12 deaths and Pune city with eight deaths. The stock of medicines have been kept in the state hospitals and the public health post centers," said state-run public health department.
