University of Mumbai plans tech and eco-savvy redevelopment

Soon, the students of the University of Mumbai (MU) will be seeing technologically equipped and eco-friendly structures in the Kalina campus. The varsity has handed over the redevelopment plan of the 245-acres of campus on priority basis to the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA). It includes existing and new student hostels, department renovation, dilapidated or old building structure that will undergo restoration," a top official told DNA.
