Mumbai, Sep 17 (PTI) An alleged aide of fugitive gangster Dawood Ibrahim was held from Navi Mumbai on Friday in connection with a drug bust, a Narcotics Control Bureau official said.
Azim Bhai (42), a history-sheeter with seven cases against his name, was held with "intermediate quantity" of mephedrone, he said.
"His name came up in the interrogation of people arrested after 6 kilograms of mephedrone and ephedrine were seized in Mumbra in neighbouring Thane district earlier, he added.
