MCC to clear blocked underground drains round the clock

Mysuru: To tackle numerous complaints of underground drains (UGD) being blocked, Mysuru City Corporation will now attend to grievances even in the night, saving residents from the pain of having to wait until the morning for officials to address their woes.On an average, the corporation receives between 2,500 and 3,000 complaints related to UGDs every month which works out to an average of nearly 85 to 90 complaints every day.
