HASSAN: H D Revanna, PWD and district in-charge minister, refuted accusations that he and his son Prajwal had grabbed government land, insisting that he is ready to face an investigation into the charges. Congress leader A Manju had accused Revanna and his son of getting 54 acres of public land in Dudda hobli in Hassan taluk fraudulently registered in Prajwal’s name in 2014.Responding to the allegations, Revanna said on Wednesday, “If we have acquired government land, let the concerned authorities seize it. We are ready to face any kind of investigation and do not want to react to baseless charges.”Manju had also criticized Adichunchanagiri mutt seer Nirmalanandanath Swami’s for asserting that JD(S) had come to power due to divine intervention. “Yeddyurappa talks senselessly,” he said.
