Bengaluru: 2,500 KSRTC buses to clear Dasara rush

BENGALURU: In view of Dasara festival, KSRTC Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation ) will operate over 2,500 additional buses from Bengaluru from October 17-22. These will start from Kempegowda, Mysuru Road and Shantinagar bus stations to several intra and interstate destinations.KSRTC will also run 300 special buses for Mysuru Dasara. On the return, the train will leave Belagavi at 5.20pm on October 21 (Sunday) and reach Yeswantpur at 5am the next day (Monday).a While 150 special buses will operate from Bengaluru, the rest will run from the royal city to neighbouring tourist/pilgrim spots.KSRTC’s FlyBus services will operate from Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) directly to Mysuru for the convenience of passengers. It will leave Yeshwantpur at 8.45pm on October 17 (Wednesday) and reach Belagavi at 8.10am the next day..
