Mysuru: Invoking the words of the 12th century reformer Basavanna, Indian Administrative Services ( IAS ) officer Ashok Dalwai on Sunday said, “Intelligence alone will not guide one to success. Human beings are distinguished from other creatures on earth since we have the capacity to reason and think. Parallel to this theory is another which states that human beings are capable of evolving themselves. Of the 12 students cutting across undergraduate and postgraduate courses who were awarded medals, nine were women.Vice-chancellor of JSS Science and Technology University BG Sangameshwara administered the oath to the new graduates.
