Mysuru: Ramapura police probing the Sulwadi Maramma temple poisoning case have detained 10 persons so far. Chamarajanagar SP Dharmender Kumar Meena said, "We haven't detained any seer. "One of the accused belongs to an influential community and there’s pressure on police to save him," said police sources. "She added that a few patients admitted to hospital due to psychological trauma may be discharged on Wednesday.
