Interdisciplinary knowledge a must to crack competitive exams, says VC

Mysuru: Emphasising the need for interdisciplinary knowledge in cracking competitive examinations , Gulbarga University vice-chancellor SR Niranjana on Wednesday said, “Without interdisciplinary knowledge, one cannot pass any competitive exams . Stiff competition has resulted in all competitive examinations becoming very difficult. To do well, you need to possess minimum knowledge in all subjects. “Good policymakers and administrators are the need of the hour,” said the Gulbarga University VC.UoM registrar Lingaraja Gandhi, meanwhile, lamented the lack of employability of a bulk of graduates. “Among those who graduate every year across Karnataka, 85% are not fit to be employed at industries..
