Pesticide inhalation claims one this year

No separate notification has been issued but this is as per general laws covering employer-employee relation, said state’s agriculture secretary Bijoi Kumar.The farmers will also have to ensure medical treatment of the workers who fall ill due to pesticide inhalation.
