A ‘Book of Abstracts’ in which abstracts from the plenary talks of various speakers of the conference had been written, was also released.Thakar reminisced about how communication has changed over a period of time, starting from messengers to post offices, telegrams, telephone and finally, the Internet. Giving the example of Intel, which produced revolutionary Pentium chip in 2003 by engaging a group of fresh graduates, he urged the students to do better and go an extra mile to achieve the goal.In his inaugural address, Pande briefed participants about the schedule of the conference which has attracted delegates from prestigious research organizations and academic institution..
