NAGPUR: Nagpur bench of Bombay high court on Friday rejected latest bail plea of controversial educationist Deepak Bajaj after prosecution opposed it. The HC directed GMCH authorities to discharge Bajaj after conducting all necessary medical tests on him within two weeks. The HC had directed trial court to complete hearing in Bajaj’s case within nine months.This time as well, Bajaj moved HC for bail citing medical grounds and his deteriorating health conditions. Currently, he is behind bars for allegedly having assets disproportionate to known sources of income. Currently, he was admitted in the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH)..
