Nagpur: District and Additional Sessions judge VG Raghuvanshi sentenced one Manoj Sukhre (20) to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs2,000on Friday for raping a four-year-old, with whom he also had forced unnatural sex. The prosecution was represented by Additional Public Prosecutor Varsha Gawli. Sukhre was arrested by Mouda police station following a complaint lodged by the mother of the survivor.Police had invoked sections 376 (2) (1) for rape and 377 for unnatural sex of Indian Penal Code (IPC) against Sukhre.
