40 tribal youths get trained in collecting forest produce

The initiative was undertaken as a part of the ‘Civic Action’ programme of CRPF.The programme, attended by around 40 youths from Murumgaon and adjoining villages, was commenced on February 20. NAGPUR: The 113 battalion of Central reserve police force (CRPF), stationed at sensitive Murumgaon in Maoist-affected north Gadchiroli , organized a 28-day training in collection of forest produce and also growing farm products for the tribal youth of the remote hamlets in the backward district. Prof Kundan Dupare from Dhanora-based JSPM college too was present among others. CRPF, issuing a press release stated that there was palpable enthusiasm among the participants .
