Police have arrested accused Kharsade under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. During the fight Kharsade pushed 60-year-old following which he fell back on his head on the road and lost conscious. On March 21, body of a 60-year-old Avinash Sitaram Dhenge resident of Cornelbagh was found unconscious on the road.
