No need for TC to get admission in Std IX XPrincipal Correspondent :If a student after doing his or her education till Class IX or Class VIII in a school approaches other school for further education and if the student doesn't posses Transfer Certificate (TC) the school cannot refuse the ward the admission. This rule is applicable to aided schools and the decision is taken by Maharashtra Government's School Education and Sports Department. These schools refuse admission to students if they don't show either TC or Leaving Certificate (LC). If they don't possess TC or LC the other school too don't consider their admission.
